BENTONVILLE, Ark. (AP) — A judge has ruled there's enough evidence to warrant keeping a 28-year-old Arkansas man accused of killing a 6-year-old neighbor locked up.

Judge Robin Green ordered Zachary Holly held without bond Wednesday during his first court appearance since being arrested in the killing of Jersey Bridgeman.

Prosecutors added preliminary rape charge to the capital murder, kidnapping and residential burglary charges Holly was already facing.

Holly appeared to be shaking during the hearing in Bentonville, a city about 215 miles northwest of Little Rock. He hasn't been formally charged yet.

Authorities haven't yet said how Jersey was killed or disclosed a possible motive. Her body was found shortly after she was reported missing Nov. 20 in a vacant home adjacent to Holly's and two doors down from her own.
